To Move To Decide,is all our choice

I have decided to change, o someone different. Though its ahrd, I still got to try.
Espically this year, facing so many problems and they never end.Don't know why I felt that I have not been doing things.Now life is something like so systematic and alot things got to follow.But still got to do.

Feeling so tired ad getting even more tired when time comes.
Its like nothing holds me for my alive, everything pulling me down.
Got critisize by friends, working people, school, even family also couldn't get any motivation.
Everything I said also got shot by them and like all I said are wrong.Its more like a life alone.
Drifting away...
Maybe I should say I don't understand everyone around me,not even simple understnading.

A lot people say 'first impression is very important'
I say BULLSHIT!
So what if first impression is good or bad?(this got nothing to do with anyone)
Isn't it better to understand than what shit first impression?
Eg. work/job interview : most of people will think that go for interviews need to wear nice in order to give interviwer a good impression so got higher chance that they will hire you.
Even if you wear very nice at first does it means you will wear very nice in the future?true that some people do,cause they still wish to give other people the 'good impression'
But what if he/she are thsoe couldn't work as their expection?even if he/she wear till very nice also no use and still got to fire the he/she.
Eg. again meeting new friends or already known friends : some people look at the oppsite's image and they judge if they can be friend anot or some they look at appreance if 2 of them can be together anot,anw this may be not true.
I say why not give other people a chance to do it?what is needed is time. Believe that portential in human need time to be digged out.
More chances better than no chance.
Giving more chance will get more chance to do, so more experience,better experience shapes better results.(seeing someone's characterer and understand the someone you need time and can truely know who is really who) in other side is relationships,you can never know 2 of you can be great after all :)
-will build good bonds
-more understanding
-good results
-more funs
What has been taking over this 'chance' is most probably money
I can say like 99% f the people just earn money and more money.
Eg. a company want to earn more money they will want to save time ( as what is said, time = money) so chance may be gone.Cause a cert does it.Give others more chance also wouldn't casue much harm too right?
anyway life is so complicated,so anything can be right or wrong.
